Anis Aclimandos

Chairman, EFE-Egypt

Mr. Aclimandos is President of TransCentury Associates and served as Chairman of the Egyptian-American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham Egypt). He first joined the AmCham Egypt board in 1987 and has served as chair of AmCham Egypt's Customs, Investment & Trade and International Donor Programs committees, and as vice president of membership from 2001 to 2005. A certified accountant, Mr. Aclimandos earned a Bachelor's of Arts in accounting from Cairo University and holds Egyptian and U.S. certification in financial management and analysis.

Abdulmohsen Al-Ajaji

Chairman, EFE-Saudi Arabia

Abdulmohsen F. Al-Ajaji has been Secretary General of Suliman Saleh Olayan Foundation (SSOF) since 2006. The Foundation assumes the responsibility of managing and overseeing charitable contribution and social activities on behalf of The Olayan Group. Prior to this position, Abdulmohsen held various senior positions within the Olayan Group. He joined Olayan group in 1975. He served in various committees in Chamber of Commerce & industry on regional and national level. Abdulmohsen graduated from USA in 1971 with a BA degree in Political Science and History after completing his elementary and secondary education in Lebanon.

Alwan Al-Shaibani

Chairman, EFE-Yemen

Alwan Shaibani is the Chairman of Yemen Education For Employment, as well as the Chairman of the Universal Group of Companies, which he founded in 1982. Prior to founding the Universal Group, he worked as the Commercial Director of Yemen Airlines from 1973 to 1980. At present, he serves as a Board member for 15 NGOs that are active in youth development, poverty alleviation, and women’s empowerment. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and International Relations.

Donia Hedda Ellouze

Chair, EFE-Tunisie

Maître Donia Ellouze is a lawyer at the Supreme Court of Tunisia. In 1986, she founded the law firm Cabinet Donia Hedda Ellouze, one of Tunisia’s largest corporate law firms and a market leader in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, privatization, and international arbitration. Maître Donia Hedda Ellouze was profiled as one of the 25 most influential businesswomen from francophone Africa in Jeune Afrique’s May 2013 edition, and in 2014 blogged about Tunisian women’s employment in The Huffington Post.

Luay Abu-Ghazaleh

Board Chair, EFE-Jordan

Luay is currently the CEO and Managing Partner at Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property and Vice President of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Co. International since 1992. In 2002, Luay also assumed the role of Vice President of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization to date. He is also an Honorary Consul to the Republic of Uzbekistan in Jordan since 2008 to present. Luay has extensive communications and development background and is a member in many associations around the world and Board Member at Abu-Ghazaleh Projects Co., Abu- Ghazaleh Legal Services and Abu-Ghazaleh Consulting Co. He was appointed as Young Presidents’ Organization Jordan Chapter Chair from 2006-2007, and MENA regional Chair from 2007-2009, and International Board Member from 2008-2011. Luay has a BA in International Management from Claremont McKenna College, USA, and is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Arabic.

Mazen Sinokrot

Chairman, EFE-Palestine

Mazen was born in East Jerusalem, Palestine on 30 November 1954. In 1980, Sinokrot received a BSC in Industrial Engineering and Production Management with honors from The University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom. Sinokrot is the founder of Sinokrot Global Group, the leading family owned business in Palestine with regard to investment size and number of employees. SGG focuses its investments in Food and Agro-Industries, Agriculture, Tourism and Hospitality, Trade and Consumable products, and Information Technology. He led the national effort to establish a number of private sector institutions including the Federation of Industries which he chaired for a full term. He was founder and first chairman of Palestine Trade Center (Paltrade), and continues to serve on the boards of a number of these institutions He also serves on the boards of foundations that promote youth development, chairman of EFE, public participation and social responsibility, and a member of the board of trustees of Al-Quds University, AlQuds chamber of commerce and industry. Sinokrot serves on the Board of Directors of the Palestine Investment Fund and has along with the PIF and other Jerusalem entities and leading individuals, who like him are residents of Jerusalem, established the first holding company, Al-Quds Holding, to serve the area. Sinokrot, who is politically independent and non-partisan, served and held the post of Minister of National Economy between 2005-2006. He is a frequent participant and speaker at a number of local, regional and international conferences seeking to promote national Palestinian interests and economic development. He is a major promoter of the Public/Private partnership in formulating laws and legislations leading to a competitive economy.
