Al Masry Al Youm Covers EFE-Egypt CEO and Alum Sharing Insights

EFE-Egypt CEO Nora Abou El Seoud and alum Islam Gamal participated in a German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce webinar on bridging the gap between technical education, vocational training, and employment this September. Abou El Seoud spoke about the importance of developing soft skills for gaining employment and the power of public-private collaboration in training programs. Islam, an alum of one such EFE-Egypt program involving partnerships with the Ministry of Manpower and Schlumberger, described the transformational impact of EFE-Egypt's skills training combined with Schlumberger's practical training on his career.
