Only 26% of women in Morocco participate in the labor force (World Bank, 2018), leaving ten million of the country's women with no access to the economic opportunities that come with decent work. To support young Moroccan women in entering the workforce, Boeing and EFE expanded our multi-year partnership to Morocco, where we trained over 80 young women with the skills they need to secure a job. Through EFE's 'Finding a Job Is a Job' program, the young women learned where and how to seek job openings, how to write a stellar CV, and how to deliver an effective interview. The participants were particularly excited to hear from Roula Droubi, MENA Regional Director, Government, Industrial and Community Engagement at Boeing, who visited the training program to share the story of how she used her #FirstJob as a launchpad for corporate success.
