The executives of Jordan EFE and EFE-UAE shared their expertise at one of the biggest HR events in the MENA region, the HR Summit and Expo, held in Dubai on 6-8 November, 2017. It has grown to be one of the most prestigious platforms where worldwide HR leaders and practitioners gather to discuss the latest insights, practices, and innovations.
Drawing on their experience working with Millennials and EFE’s track record of engaging corporate volunteers, Ghadeer Khuffash, CEO of Jordan EFE, and Dima Najim, Managing Director of EFE-UAE, presented a session on “Employee Engagement for Social Impact: Engaging Millennials in Corporate Volunteering Programs.” They discussed the importance of CSR and volunteer programs in corporate companies to improve engagement. Millennials are now more values-driven than ever, and offering meaningful volunteer opportunities to employees can help companies to attract and keep top young talent. The session was highlighted in the Khaleej Times.
The employment world is evolving, and EFE’s network model, presented in the summit, is tailored to match that change. EFE’s participation in the event was made possible by EFE-UAE Board Member Yogi Metha.
