The first project aims to prepare nursing graduates for the labor market. The training consists of two components. The first component is Workplace Readiness, which will train participants on professional ethics, communication with colleagues, building self- confidence, teamwork, and other basic skills. The second component of the training will be Technical Nursing Training, which includes topics like Basic Life Support, communication between professionals and patients, professional ethics, patient’s and family's rights, the reduction and prevention of diseases, and quality of health services.

The training will be followed by an internship for a period of three months. Then, EFE-Palestine will help in recruiting these graduates in cooperation with hospitals, health centers, and accredited medical centers.

The second project is implemented in partnership with the Palestinian Medical Council and the Palestinian Medical Syndicate.
