Western Union Celebrates Achievements of Partnership with EFE

EFE has been featured in a Western Union Foundation blog entry about how EFE’s professional development and skills- building programs have impacted the lives of youth in Egypt. With the support of the Western Union Foundation, we trained 78 youth in vocational and soft skills to equip them for their #FirstJob, and then linked them to tangible job opportunities. Participants were taken through a step by step process; they learned how to write a resume, create a professional image on networking sites, participated in mock interviews, and were given constructive feedback. Western Union Foundation’s engagement and support has made it a model contributor to #FirstJob, EFE’s regional visibility campaign in partnership with MBC. To read the blog, visit this link.
