EFE works with partners in the public, private and non-profit sectors to build their capacity to deliver market-relevant, demand-driven programming in order to address youth unemployment on a larger scale. EFE’s affiliates in Morocco, Tunisia, and Palestine have delivered Trainings of Trainers to public university faculty to strengthen their ability to prepare the youth they serve to enter the job market after graduation. EFE-Maroc and EFE-Tunisie have worked to build the capacity of their countries’ vocational training agencies to better align their training with the needs of the private sector.
