EFE is seeking a consultant (individual or firm) to provide strategic guidance and training on the development and implementation of two Custom GPTs—one for youth engagement and one for staff productivity.
The consultancy will support EFE’s efforts to enhance program delivery, build digital skills, and increase organizational efficiency through responsible AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a Use Case Prioritization Matrix based on survey data, feasibility, and impact
- Recommend appropriate Large Language Models (LLMs) for each GPT use case
- Train 7 EFE staff members on building and maintaining Custom GPTs
- Support the development of a scalable AI framework for future use
- Produce a final report with key insights and recommendations for scale
Requirements:
- Strong background in AI and Large Language Models, including Custom GPT development
- Experience training others to build and use Custom GPTs
- Ability to plan and execute innovative projects and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English
