Education For Employment (EFE) is seeking experienced trainers to deliver soft skills training for youth in Lebanon using EFE’s “Work Readiness” curriculum. Trainers will work under the guidance of the Training and Business Development Coordinator and are expected to attend a Training of Trainers (TOT) and co-facilitation sessions before delivering training.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend a Training of Trainers (TOT) on EFE’s “Work Readiness” curriculum and approach
- Participate in shadowing or co-facilitation sessions with Master Trainers
- Deliver soft skills trainings using EFE’s “Work Readiness” curriculum
- Collaborate with EFE staff to evaluate participants and collect feedback surveys
- Communicate clearly with EFE participants and staff
- Provide feedback to EFE on training delivery and any challenges encountered
- Comply with EFE’s Safeguarding Policy
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least two (2) years of experience in training and development
- Demonstrated experience with NGOs and international organizations
- Strong background in training delivery, adult learning pedagogy, and evaluation techniques
- Applied experience with participatory, hands-on training approaches
- Experience delivering soft skills training
- Experience working in the MENA region
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and leadership skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
Location: Beirut, Lebanon
Type: Consultancy (part-time, per-training basis; selection does not guarantee delivery opportunities)
Duration: 1 year
