Sustainability and the green economy take center stage with the GEAR UP! 2.0 project funded by the ALSTOM Foundation. Nearly 200 Algerian youth are receiving market-relevant trainings in soft, technical, digital, and entrepreneurial skills. These equip them to spearhead sustainable development while improving their socioeconomic inclusion and livelihoods.
