EFE In Algeria recently delivered a training session in Tamanrasset, in southern Algeria, for a local association working on environmental and social impact. The training combined soft skills development with practical discussion of recycling and sustainable development in Algeria. Through interactive activities, participants strengthened their communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills while also exploring current recycling practices, sector challenges, and opportunities for growth. The session helped equip participants with the personal and practical tools needed to drive positive change in their communities.
