Through the European Union funded UP-LOAD South project, EFE-Jordan is equipping young people in Southern Jordan with the digital, technical, and soft skills needed to pursue careers in the ICT sector. Implemented in partnership with EFE-Europe and int@j, the project supports young people in Karak, Tafileh, Ma’an, and Aqaba, with a focus on expanding access to employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.

As part of the project, EFE-Jordan organized a job fair in Aqaba that brought together 16 private sector companies and more than 50 graduates actively seeking ICT roles. The event enabled employers to meet, interview, and shortlist candidates for available vacancies, helping graduates take the next step from training toward employment.
