Launched in 2021, "A Chance to Reset" came to a close on Tuesday, 22 July 2025, in Casablanca. Led by EFE Maroc, in partnership with ANAPEC and with the support of Education Above All, the Gates Foundation, Dell Technologies, the Accenture Foundation, and EFE Europe, the programme set out to boost youth employability across Morocco.
Over four years, the initiative supported more than 37,665 young people across the country through training, employment support, and career placements, offering in-demand skills training to 14,434 individuals and directly connecting 23,231 to job opportunities. It also achieved over 8,300 successful job matches with partner organisations across a range of sectors.
Equality and inclusion were at the core of the project’s mission, with women representing 54% of those supported. By widening access to quality training and opportunities, and equipping young people with in-demand skills, "A Chance to Reset" has made a meaningful and lasting impact on Morocco’s employment landscape.
