EFE-Maroc and the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC) marked the official closing of the A Chance to RESET project on July 22, 2025. Launched in 2021 with support from Education Above All Foundation’s Silatech Programme, the Gates Foundation, Dell Technologies, Accenture, and EFE-Europe, the four-year initiative expanded training and job-matching opportunities for young job seekers across Morocco, with women representing 54% of participants.
Over the course of the project, more than 37,665 young people were supported throughout the Kingdom. A total of 14,434 youth benefited from free training and workshops aligned with labor market needs, and more than 23,231 job seekers were directly connected to professional opportunities through ANAPEC and employer partners.
The project exceeded its initial target of 22,450 youth and over 8,000 job placements, enabling more than 8,260 young people to enter the labor market in positions with partner companies across diverse sectors.
