On April 22, EFE-Maroc celebrated the successful completion of the PEPS (Promotion de l’Emploi pour le secteur de la Santé) project in Casablanca. Implemented in partnership with GIZ and Akdital Group, the initiative responded to the growing workforce needs of Morocco’s healthcare sector by equipping young people with the skills needed to launch careers in healthcare.

The project supported 300 young people, more than 80% of whom were women, and resulted in more than 170 professional placements within Akditalclinics. The closing ceremony highlighted the impact of this collaboration and the importance of partnerships in connecting young people to meaningful employment while strengthening Morocco’s healthcare workforce.
