EFE-Palestine implemented the “Skills for Dignified Jobs” project in 2024–2025 with support from Fondazione San Zeno to equip young people in the West Bank with market-relevant skills. The project combined entrepreneurship training, work readiness, digital media skills, and job search support.
In 2025, two entrepreneurship trainings in Jenin and Tulkarm graduated 41 young women, and a Job Training Program (JTP) in Ramallah on work readiness and digital media skills graduated 20 participants. In addition, 10 job search training programs equipped 285 graduates with the CV writing and interview skills necessary to land their next job. In total, 346 youth completed training under the project in 2025.
