EFE, in collaboration with JPMorganChase and EFE-Saudi Arabia, celebrates a new milestone that reaffirms the role of Saudi women as key partners in building the national economy.

With the support of J.P. Morgan, EFE-Saudi Arabia has concluded a year-long training journey under the “Future Jobs” initiative.

During the program, the participants acquired advanced digital skills in areas such as digital marketing and web development, along with hands-on experience in campaign management and data analysis. This enabled them to transition directly into the labor market through real employment opportunities.

This achievement represents a tangible step toward a more diverse and inclusive economy, where Saudi companies benefit from exceptional female talent, and women gain access to the opportunities they rightfully deserve.
