EFE-Saudi Arabia and EFE-Bahrain successfully completed the Workforce Readiness Program, implemented in partnership with JPMorganChase. Across six training rounds, the program equipped 105 women with digital, workplace, and employability skills to help them prepare for careers in growing fields such as digital marketing, web development, and related sectors.

Participants strengthened their technical and professional skills through practical projects, coaching, and job placement support. By the end of the program, the majority of graduates had secured employment, demonstrating the impact of market-relevant training paired with direct career support. The program helped expand women’s access to digital career pathways while supporting stronger workforce readiness across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
