EFE-UAE delivered the AJYAL UAE 2026 program in partnership with the American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK), powered by the Citi Foundation, preparing 200 students for summer internships and early-career opportunities. Delivered between February and April 2026, the program helped students build practical, market-aligned skills aligned with employer expectations.

The program combined self-paced online learning with trainer-led workshops across three core areas: AI and digital skills, green skills and sustainability, and professional readiness through EFE’s Finding a Job Is a Job! curriculum. Students strengthened their knowledge of topics including generative AI, responsible AI, sustainable careers, ESG, climate action, CV development, mock interviews, professional communication, presentation skills, and the ethical use of AI in recruitment.

As a next step, eligible graduates were invited to join EFE’s structured one-to-one Mentorship Program, which connects young people with experienced professionals for career guidance, workplace preparation, and early-career support. Through AJYAL UAE 2026, EFE-UAE is helping students bridge the gap between academic learning and employer expectations while preparing to enter a rapidly changing labor market.
