Since 2017, EFE-UAE has partnered with the American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK), supporting nearly 300 students through skills training and career-focused activities.

In 2025, EFE-UAE took part in AURAK Career Week, where 32 organizations engaged with more than 300 students on career pathways and job opportunities. EFE-UAE received an Employer Recognition Award from AURAK in acknowledgment of its contribution.

Through this collaboration, students have accessed digital skills courses, job shadow days, career readiness programs, and employer networking opportunities that support their transition into the workforce.
