EFE-Yemen (Aden), in partnership with the University of Abyan and University of Lahj, and with support from Unity Cement Company and National Cement Company, delivered skills training to help university students prepare for the evolving demands of the labor market.

Across the two programs, 450 university students participated, including 200 students in Abyan and 250 in Lahj. The intensive 10-day training focused on professional, digital, and AI-related skills, covering CV development, job interviews, communication, teamwork, digital presence, and the use of AI tools for job search and career development.

By combining career preparation with digital and AI skills, the programs are helping young people strengthen their readiness for employment and navigate an increasingly technology-driven labor market.
