On May 19, 2026, EFE marked its 20th anniversary by hosting its third annual Hire Purpose Gala in New York City. More than 200 supporters, partners, sponsors, and friends gathered to celebrate two decades of creating economic opportunity for young people across the Middle East and North Africa.
The evening featured Roua, an EFE graduate and entrepreneur from Algeria, whose inspiring story of resilience and possibility highlighted the impact of investing in youth.
EFE honored Accenture, recognizing its leadership in advancing youth employment and entrepreneurship through partnerships, technology, innovation, and skills across the Middle East and North Africa and globally.
The Gala raised critical funds to expand EFE's work, helping more young people gain the skills, opportunities, and support they need to secure meaningful employment, launch businesses, and build brighter futures.
