In collaboration with Etoile, EFE-Egypt participated in an Open Recruitment Day on January 18-19, providing critical job readiness support to job seekers. As part of this initiative, EFE-Egypt conducted a specialized training session led by Dina El-Husseini, equipping participants with essential skills to navigate personal interviews successfully. Following the event, 100 participants were offered jobs and received an additional training session to further prepare them for their new roles.

This effort is part of the Job Search Club (JSC) program, a 10-month initiative running until April 2025. The program is designed to empower youth, women, and refugees by enhancing their digital and soft skills, ultimately improving their access to job opportunities. Training topics include professional CV writing, communication and decision-making skills, time management, and job application strategies through online platforms. Participants were also introduced to the Maharaty app, a digital tool that helps them develop key skills and apply for jobs.

With a target of 400 participants—including 280 Egyptians and 120 refugees, with 50% women—the program aims to foster professional and social integration. Through follow-up support, JSC ensures that participants are not only prepared for employment but also equipped to thrive in the workplace, strengthening their long-term career success.
