Because employers open their doors to first-time job seekers. Because partners invest in programs that take time and care. Because staff across eleven countries keep going even when conditions are hard. And because young people themselves choose to keep learning, keep trying, and keep leading.

“A Chance to RESET” Project Concludes
37,000 Moroccan youth, 54% women, trained and matched to jobs across sectors nationwide.
EFE-Yemen: Mustaqbal III with Alwaleed Philanthropies
575 youth in Aden, including youth with disabilities, access job training and entrepreneurship support.
Livelihoods Project with UNHCR
150 Syrian youth and women build incomes through entrepreneurship training and refugee-led bazaars in Jordan.
Skills for Dignified Jobs
346 West Bank youth gained market-ready skills in entrepreneurship, digital media, and job search readiness.
Advancing Digital Careers
Saudi women gained digital marketing and web development skills, opening pathways into quality jobs and careers.
AI Training for Youth
19 early-stage entrepreneurs graduate with the business, fundraising, and marketing skills to grow their businesses.
Launching FBR@WORK with the Education Outcomes Fund
385 Tunisian youth will receive market-driven training linked to job placement, retention, and employer engagement.
Partnership with the American University of Las Al Khaimah (AURAK)
Through its partnership with AURAK, EFE-UAE has helped nearly 300 students gain digital skills, career readiness training, and employer connections, earning an Employer Recognition Award in 2025.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) Training Program in Bahrain
Over 5 days and 40 hours of in-person training, 20 young Bahrainis strengthened their communication, teamwork, leadership, and conflict resolution skills, boosting their readiness for the world of work.
THF GREEN: Strengthening Climate-Resilience Skills Across Algeria
Civil society organizations trained to deliver climate-resilience and green-skills programs, reaching 140+ beneficiaries.
Launch of AFAQ’s First Training of Trainers (ToT)
10 trainers completed EFE’s first six-day AFAQ Entrepreneurship ToT, preparing them to deliver practical, “learning by doing” entrepreneurship programs for youth.
Emergency Trainings in Gaza
With your continued support, EFE-Palestine’s team in Gaza continues to train youth in Emergency First Aid, Emergency Midwifery, and Psychosocial First Aid so they can respond to urgent needs in shelters and communities. Graduates are assisting with births, providing basic medical care, and offering psychosocial support to people living through extreme hardship.
In 2025, EFE-Palestine also launched a Rehabilitation Program that equips youth with foundational physical therapy and psychosocial skills to support people with serious injuries and long-term recovery needs.
